Wrote online help for the Store Information Network (SIN) system for 2500 Kmart footwear departments across the US and abroad. Wrote the SIN User Guide. Initiated information mapping standards. SIN is a UNIX based system, online help was written by using IPF on the VI editor. System tested and edited documentation for validity and accuracy. Wrote online help and user guides for the OS/2 client/server Hub and Feeder Control System (HFCS). The system is comprised of six subsystems that control and maintain the activities performed by hubs and delivery vehicles (feeders). Also wrote user guides for the Hub Timecard Module (HTM) systems based on internal/external designs. Wrote installation guide for the Hub Communications (HubCom) system for use in the 79 nationwide hub sites. System tested and edited documentation for validity and accuracy.

Designed and developed user requirements documentation for Claims Adjudication Reimbursement System (CARS). Wrote the System Message and Resolution manual (Online/CBR using Explain).
